Captain Selection Support
Captain double points and vice-captain mechanics.
How do Captain points work?
Every gameweek, you must appoint one starting player as Captain. That player's score will be multiplied by 2. If your captain scores 10 points, they contribute 20 points to your overall team total. If they score a negative points value (e.g. -2 for a red card), that penalty is also doubled (e.g. -4 points).
What does the Vice-Captain do?
You must also select a Vice-Captain. If your primary Captain plays 0 minutes (due to injury, resting, or benching), the captaincy armband shifts automatically to the Vice-Captain. Their score is then doubled instead.
What if neither player plays?
In the rare scenario that both your selected Captain and Vice-Captain play 0 minutes, no player receives the double-points multiplier for that gameweek.
